Make Your Hotel Reservations In Advance For Your Spring Break Vacation.

There is one thing you should do if you are going to Florida for Spring break (or anywhere for that matter).  You need to make reservations for your hotel accommodations in advance because of the fact that so many people go to Florida for Spring break and there are literally times when you won’t find a hotel room causing an unwanted need to make other arrangements.

There are some hotels along the beach area in Southern Florida, however the rates for these rooms are higher because they are within walking distance to the beach. Many students who are planning to go to Florida for Spring break will actually have made their hotel reservations several months in advance.

Many of the hotels in Florida are four and five star rated hotels and have many accessories. Some of the hotels are equipped with fitness centers, spas, restaurants, pools, and so much more. There are hotels within blocks of each other so this only lets you know that there are many to choose from, however there are many students who go to Florida for Spring break.

Not all of the Spring breaks for students are exactly at the same time but they are pretty close, and some hotels offer discounts for returning visitors or spring break students. Additionally if there are a group of students going to Florida for Spring break, some hotels will offer a group discount to them.  This makes it easier on the students too.

The hotels that overlook the beaches in Florida are a bit more expensive as stated above however these hotels are highly rated hotels and there are different things you can do at these hotels, some have even got golf courses on the grounds of the hotel and others have night clubs within walking distance as well if the students want that “night on the town” without having to go far from the hotel.

Students who are planning on staying in Florida for spring break should start making their reservations and calling different hotels right after Christmas. This might sound odd but that’s how busy it gets in Florida during Spring break and the closer it gets the rates for the hotel rooms will go up. They can cost anywhere from $80.00 a night to several hundred dollars and this isn’t for the luxurious hotels, but this is also because of Spring break, this is also why most of the students who are planning to go spend spring break as a group.

This way the students are able to somewhat share the expenses and still have some funds left over to have a good time. By sharing the expenses the students also have the opportunity to do things they would not have been able to do like take wind surfing lessons or other things they can do while on their Spring break. The whole idea of this, is to save some money.

Why Do Students Pick Florida For Spring Break?

There are many reasons why students decide to go the Florida for Spring                            break, but according to some people I know they said they went to Florida because its usually warm during the spring break months and that was the biggest reason.

While others I talked to say they went to Florida because they loved the beach and the sand. These are youth from the church I attend and they were more than happy to tell me about their trip. According to the students, the worst part of the trip to Florida was all being in the SUV. Although most of them laughed about it when they spoke of it.

Apparently someone needed to make a pit stop, other than this the trip was a blast.  The students said they also pick Florida a lot because it’s become like a hang out, the place for spring break. They reunite with other students that go to different schools once a year and they really like this.

Florida is also surrounded by water on three sides so the students all agree they have several different places where they can catch the sand and sun. Some of them even attempt to surf though most of them agree they aren’t very good at it. A few of the students play guitar and the comment they had was that in Florida the sky seems different at night when they are playing their guitars. I don’t know if this is true or not, but to them it is.

Also, going to Florida isn’t like going overseas, though some students do and even though a lot of people really don’t consider this some students do. They mentioned that since nine eleven there is that doubt that sticks in their mind, and as long as
its pretty much a group of them, they know in Florida they will have a better chance at being able to have a really good time.

As far as driving, this isn’t a problem either. Someone always volunteers a vehicle and they usually go with whichever one has the most room. Florida is an all around great place for spring break, the students feel like not only do they get away from the ordinary, but they also get to see some of their friends from different parts of the United States. Some as far as Minnesota, although there have been a few that have met up in Florida for Spring break that were from as far away as Oregon. Florida is appealing to most all students.

Each year as the students make their plans for Spring break the usual destination is always Florida. This is just the place where the students feel they can escape from all their studies and hang out among those of their own age. Without dealing with the pressures of mid terms, or parents, and anything else that crowds their minds during the time that they aren’t on their spring break, so to them Florida is their retreat and the love it.

The Best Bahamas Spring Break Cruises.

Spring break cruises are becoming trendier among young people these days.  Parents are often willing to spend more money than they have in the past, and the young adults may have good jobs that take up their time along with their schoolwork.  The Bahamas is a popular destination since it is less expensive than other cruises and not near as far away as many.

The Spring Break Bahamas Party Cruise is one voyage that the young will enjoy and remember for a lifetime.  The cruise is taken on a full-sized cruise ship.  During the times when schools have their spring breaks, 90% of the passengers are there for their spring break.  That makes for a lively cruise!

True to tradition, this spring break cruise begins in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  Guests board the ship in the morning and start with an unlimited buffet breakfast.  There are all kinds of activities on the ship.  Las Vegas style casinos are available to passengers.  There are pools on deck, and dancing by the pool to a calypso band.

With this spring break cruise, you stay five nights in a Bahamas hotel.  There you can go out and explore the beaches and beach activities of the Bahamas.  After your spring break, you will again board the ship and sail back to Florida

BahamaSun offers spring break cruises that also take you to the islands, drop you off, and pick you up to take you back to Florida.  You will get no cabin on the ship, which is a Scandinavian cruise liner.  You will be able to gamble at the casinos and drink at the bars in international waters since the legal age is 18.  There are also restaurants, pools, and stage shows for your entertainment while you are on board.

While you are in the Bahamas you will stay at a resort, either a hotel where up to four people per room can stay, or a condo where up to eight people can stay.  The drinking and gambling ages in the Bahamas are also 18, so it is easy to get into the partying spirit.

Paradise Parties has a Bahamas Party Cruise that is sponsored by MTV.  This means that there are great events on the ship.  In 2008, MTV will be filming a show onboard where they are searching for the next great VJ.  This is a spring break cruise that you do not want to miss!

There are other activities that are sponsored by the Bahamas Party Cruise as well.  Along with the MTV activities, there is a Tuesday night Mardi Gras party for all guests on the islands.  As with the other spring break cruises, the trip includes hotel accommodations for a four night stay.  This is one of the best spring break cruises out there.

You are only young once, and spring break cruises do not come around every day.  If you want to have the most fun, do your research ahead of time and find the best spring break cruise you can.
